Please read these terms carefully. They govern your relationship with AR Driving School.

Agreement Overview
This agreement is between AR Driving School ("We", "Us") and the student ("You"). By accessing our website or enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By enrolling in any course at AR Driving School, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or 16 for specific learner programs with parental consent).
- You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to operate a vehicle.
- You must hold a valid Learner's License before commencing practical on-road training.
All fees must be paid in full before the start of the course. We offer flexible payment plans for select packages.
- 100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before the first session.
- 50% refund if cancelled after the first session but before the second.
- No refunds will be issued after the second session.
If you need to reschedule a driving session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in that session being forfeited without a refund. We reserve the right to reschedule classes due to severe weather or instructor unavailability.
Safety is our priority. Any student found under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibiting aggressive behavior towards instructors, will be IMMEDIATELY expelled from the course without a refund.
While our vehicles are fully insured, AR Driving School is not liable for any personal injuries or accidents caused due to the student's gross negligence or willful misconduct during training sessions. Students are advised to follow all instructor commands strictly.
